The sales department consists of business activities and processes in support of business strategies and objectives. Responsibilities include growing and managing a sales portfolio of multiple International Accounts, managing manufacturer information, ensuring accounts are up to date including creating/updating price lists, managing sell sheets, and updating manufacturer sales and logistics information. The sales department oversees transaction and sales export documentation for orders. Trade Shows/Missions help source new business and support existing business.
The ATI Purchasing Department is responsible for ensuring constant procurement of finished goods. Upon customer order confirmation, Purchasing places new purchase orders with manufacturers and ensures label inventory is maintained for private label items. Purchasing also manages pricing with existing manufacturers and sourcing potential new manufacturers for existing items.
The Accounting department functions to ensure that business operations across the entire company continue to move smoothly by assuring accurate, complete, and timely payment of payables and collection of receivables. It also ensures accurate entry of financial transactions for analyzes of financial information and issuing of reports across the company.
The IT department ensures that their network of computers function properly and connect well. The IT department includes governance of the company's technological systems, maintenance of the infrastructure, and functionality of the systems overall.
The HR Department’s mission is to effectively serve as the vehicle by which all business is able to be conducted from an employee perspective. The HR and Administration team provides the pathway, support and structure for our team members to execute the business initiatives that will drive the organization forward. The ATI Logistics Department handles all operational tasks involved in moving products from one place to another.
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Finance with a background in the food and beverage export industry. The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in finance and have a proven track record of at least 10 years in financial planning and analysis, with a significant portion of that experience in the food and beverage export sector. The Director of Finance is a strategic leadership role, responsible for guiding financial planning and analysis efforts. This position involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while providing actionable insights to senior management.
We are looking for a Brand Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to drive the success of our products in international markets. The Brand Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverages industry, a creative mindset, and a proven track record in building and managing successful brands.

The International Account Manager will be responsible for sales within a specific regional geography focusing on new customer acquisition, customer retention, and growth opportunities with the current customer base. The International Account Manager will be in daily contact with current and prospective customers within the assigned region (Lebanon, Jordan, Israel, Turkey, Iraq, Egypt), and will maintain a strong command of ATI’s portfolio of product offerings and stay up-to-date with domestic trends and their suitability for overseas markets.
